SPINACH BALLS

2 packages (10-ounce) frozen chopped spinach

3 cups Pepperidge Farm Italian-style stuffing, crushed

1 large onion, finely chopped

4 eggs, well beaten

1 stick melted butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1-1/4 teaspoons garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
-
Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Cook spinach, drain water until dry.
2. Mix spinach in bowl with all other ingredients.
3. Form 3/4 inch balls, and place on cooking sheet.
4. Bake at 325 degrees 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 75 balls.
