POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

3 cups cooked white rice

1 can chicken broth
-
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 cartons (8 oz. ea.) sour cream

2 tablespoons poppy seeds
-
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat broth, soup, sour cream, poppy seeds in pan. Blend all together.
2. Place in casserole dish.
3. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees F. until hot and bubbly.
