MEXICAN CORNBREAD

2 packages cornbread mix

1 carton (8-oz) sour cream

1 can creamed corn

2 - 3 jalapeno peppers

1/4 cup oil

2 eggs

1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground chuck, salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped

1 package (12 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix together ground chuck, chopped onions, and shredded cheese.
- Pour half the cornbread mixture into pan, add the layer of meat, onion
and cheese. Top with the rest of the cornbread mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until done through the middle.
