JO'S MARINATED OLIVES

1/2 Cup olive oil

1 Bottle (8.5 oz) of balsamic vinegar

1/2 Cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

1 Package of Italian seasoning
-
1 Cup brown sugar

1 Teaspoon minced garlic
-
1 Teaspoon Creole seasoning

2 Cans large black olives
-
2 Cans large green olives
-
1 Pint cherry tomatoes (optional)
1. Wisk all together except olives and tomatoes (optional).
2. Pour Mixture over olives.
3. For color you can add 1 pint of cherry tomatoes.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight). Serve as appetizers.
