JO'S PECAN PIE

1 Cup sugar

1 Teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup dark corn syryp
-
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

1 Cup pecans, chopped

3 Eggs
-
1 Pie Shell unbaked
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Beat 3 eggs at mediun speed until blended.
- Gradually add hot suger mixture to eggs slowly while beating constantly.
- Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
