Crawfish Sauce

1 stick butter melted

1 teaspoon minced garlic, sauteed

2 green onions, chopped and sauteed

1 package crawfish tails

1 package (8-oz) cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream
1. Mix together in saucepan.
2. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve over baked fish and Spanish rice.
