CRISPY MARSHMALLOW BARS

1/4 cup butter

1 package (10 oz) marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla

6-1/2 cups Rice Crispies
1. In a 2-quart saucepan melt butter and marshmallows over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
3. In a large bowl add marshmallow mixture to Rice Crispies.
4. Spread in greased 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
5. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
Note: To make orange bars, blend red and yellow food coloring and add to
marshmallow mixture.
