CHICKEN CHURCH CASSEROLE

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed

1 package (16-oz) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1 can (6-oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 jar (6-oz) diced pimentos, drained

1 green pepper, diced

1/4 cup diced onion

1 can (8-oz) condensed cream of celery soup

1 can (8-oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded American cheese
-
1 cup milk
-
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

2 cups crushed crackers
-
1 tablespoon melted butter
1. Mix all together except crackers and melted butter.
2. Place in baking dish. Top with crackers and melted butter.
3. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8 - 10.
