BROCCOLI BREAD

10 ounces frozen, chopped broccoli

8 ounces mild cheddar chheese, grated

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

3 eggs, beaten

1 large onion, chopped

1 stick margarine, melted

Mix together, adding cheese last.
- Spray pan with cooking spray or grease lightly a large
cast iron skillet or a 9 X 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle a little corn meal over bottom of heated pan.
- Bake at 400 - 450 degrees until brown (25 - 30 minutes).
