BREAKFAST PIE

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained

6 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup half and half cream

1 small bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 teaspoon salt
-
1 package (8-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
-
2 uncooked pie shells
- Brown sausage, drain.
- Combine all other ingredients, and pour into pie shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
Can be frozen ahead, then thawed and cooked.
Makes 2 pies
